Making the Connection - helping young ladies move to their destiny. (A ministry for girls ages 13 to 19)
TGM Mission
To cultivate teen girls as they grow into mature, Godly women, build unity, morals, self-esteem and to biblically ground teen girls of this generation. Until JESUS come, we will give attention to reading, exhortation through edification, building-up and encouragement, based on the foundation of our doctrine, THE BIBLE.
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. - 1Timothy 4:12-13
TGM Goal
It is our desire to develop amoung teen girls a sense of family, openness, growth and accuntability. These quaities are fostered while girls develop healthy relationships with peers and benefit from having Godly mentors. This may be achieved through:
1) Smalls Groups - through a Bible study together or general concerns.
2) Sharing prayer concerns.
3) Praying and working on a missions/ministry proects.
4) Provide opportunities for girls to put thei faith into action through missions/ministry projects.
5) Mentoring/discipleship groups.
Things to Know
1) Confidentiality is respected within our group, however critical issues concerning safety will be reported to the appropriate resources.
2) Teens are expected to be active and positive members of the ministry as well as Sunday School and Bible Study.
3) The ministry will have the opportunity to participate in special events, sctivites and trips outside of Royal.
4) We are CHRIST centered! We do fun activities, we meet monthly, we go places and WE SERVE GOD'S PEOPLE.
